The Foundation Library encompasses links on different resources devoted to the history of home and world Internet, analytic statements on the problems of Internet development, general materials, interviews, statistics etc. We present here also links to websites of organizations which take up the problem of infocommunication technologies development, to big nets websites, to some perspective net projects.
